1. What we provide

Create Memes is a software interface that helps you build Solana transactions to create tokens and interact with third-party protocols such as Raydium. We do not custody funds, hold private keys, issue tokens, or act as a broker, exchange or adviser.

2. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for every transaction you sign, for the tokens you create, and for complying with the laws that apply to you, including securities, consumer-protection and tax laws. You must not use the service to impersonate any person or project, mislead buyers, or commit fraud.

3. Fees

Fees are shown before you sign, are included in the transaction, and are non-refundable. Solana network fees and rent are paid to the network, not to us.

4. Risk

Tokens are highly speculative and may lose all value. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

5. Restricted locations

The service is not offered where it would be prohibited, and we may restrict access from certain countries.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, third-party protocols, or the tokens you create or trade.
